Today is the pitching day for Mdec Intellectual Property Creators Challenge Series which consist of casual games, mobile edutainment content and digital interactive comic. This is the 3rd time Mdec run this competition series since 2006. Some friends was asking me to join the casual games competition as I was always doing games developement (both programming and design) since graduate. Anyway, this year I took the challenge and joined one of the competition. Not on games but digital interactive comics.

Recently, I joined a mascot design competition for a radio station known as “MyFM”. This competition require the participants to design a mascot which is known as “Xiao My” for the radio station. How “Xiao My” look will entirely up to the designers’ imagination but must reflect the station’s brand values which are Trendy, Vibrant, Humorous, Celebrity, Relatable and Young. I know about this competition quite late, but I did manage to submit 3 different designs for this competition.
